If you were one of those skeptics wondering if Wayne Rooney was truly injured to miss last Sunday's match against Liverpool, the Man Utd striker has released a photo of his injury to prove you wrong.
Here's a picture uploaded by the England forward on his official Facebook page of his head injury suffered from a training ground clash with teammate Phil Jones.
Yikes! Rooney was apparently caught by a "studs-up" challenge from Jones (which is a red card offense).
As a result of the injury, Rooney is expected to be out for a couple of weeks and will miss England's qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine.
